Lyons Road, Harrow – a mixed development on a tightly constrained site. MOSS gained permission for 287 flats and 3,050 sq.m. of commercial floorspace including 1,503 sq.m. of office space and 1547 sq.m. of A1, A2, A3 and D1 space. The intention, to seamlessly integrate uses within a strong design code while ensuring that a degree of separation and a variety of spaces gave our clients a commercial return, was realised in full. No part of the commercial offer was an afterthought. All parts were visible, vital and serviceable.
