Moss architecture were asked to compile a feasibility document to evaluate the development potential of the existing Hostel building at William Martin Court at 65 Margery Street Islington WC1.

The document compiled reviewed background information provided by the vendors agents and summarised this in relation to three options of which we demonstrated that the demolition of the existing building and the creation of a new build terrace of 11 family houses was the most commercially viable.

 

The scheme illustrated above envisions rejuvenation of a ‘brown field’ site to provide high quality family housing in line with both Central and Local Government aspirations after an assessment of the local context and character.
