The site comprises two former office buildings close to South Harrow tube station. One of the office buildings already had Permitted Development rights to convert to residential use with the other had previously been subject to a change of use to D1 educational use.
Following a detailed review looking at both PD conversion, addition and hybrid options moss developed a new build scheme which both maximised the sites potential within a fully LHDG scheme of 123 residential units.
Following a rigorous planning process a resolution to grant planning was received in December 2015.
