Moss Architecture were asked to evaluate the site with regards to the creation of high quality residential development. The proposed development uses a “bowstring” form to embrace the cricket boundary. The curved terraces of 3 storey houses having a simple saw tooth type roof which incorporates photovoltaic and solar thermal technology along with deep eaves and full height glazing to achieve a simple and elegant contemporary composition.
