The site comprised of an existing traditional bungalow, with a brick building to the rear of the site and an attached garage to the north, the proposal was to demolish the existing and introduce a new development.
The proposed form is contemporary using a pallete of traditional materials to achieve a composition which relates to its context yet provides a sense of identity and punctuation to the streetscape.
