Premier Inn Theatre District Milton Keynes

A new build 133 bedroom Hotel for end user Premier Inn situated in the Theatre District in Milton Keynes for UGS (MK) Ltd

A striking composition of tessellated Corten  steel panels provides a dramatic and signature  Premier Inn hotel. Planning was successfully granted following  completion of the associated S106 legal agreement in November 2015.  Currently at tender with a start on site due in the summer of 2016.
