The scheme is modern providing a strong architectural composition, which seeks to address the environmentally harsh Tweedy Road. The curved bowstring form and entrance nodes provide a multi layered street façade, which disrupts the traffic noise. The courtyard arms reduce in height with the roofs of these elements providing a series roof terraces.
The language is contemporary utilizing a palette of random coursed stone, glass and timber elements.
