Moss architecture were charged with designing a fit out scheme for a NHS 10 GP consultant health center within a recently completed mixed use residential/commercial building in St Paul’s way, E14.
The architectural process began by applying the brief to a feasibility scheme that was used as a business case to gain funding. Once funding was gained & design set, Moss architecture produced detailed construction drawings for the tender package & applied to Tower Hamlets planning department for a non-material amendment to the existing elevations so that construction of the health center fit out could be realized.
